thanks for visiting my galleries.

PAD = Photo A Day. I post a picture a day (or, at least, I'm trying to...). They will not be shot the very same day. Maybe I took them a long time ago, but only today they become meaningful for me to be published.
CARDINAL = All my pictures (in block of 50) in uploading order
THEMATIC = All my picture devided in cathegories. A picture can be in more than one gallery
CONTRAST, APPEREANCES & EQUILIBRIUMS = it contains my first (and maybe only) exhibition.

I started photography in November 2006, when I bought my first digital Reflex (Canon 400D). Since that moment, the world is not the same anymore: it is full of beauty, light and things to be seen.
My first love were objects and details: give me the right light and every objects can become interesting and beautiful: if you just look a little bit closer, you'll notice nothing is so trivial anymore.
Now I recognise I have widened my target options (and photographic tecnique), as you can see if you parse my cardinal galleries from the beginning. More people, more situations were human presence is involved.
I've been told I have a very minimal, unclotted style. I think it's true... My compositions tend to be very simple, linear, almost trivial, with lots of empty space, from where the subject emerge to be the focus of attention. I am very attracted by what I call "transients of light", the contrast between light and shadows, and by bright colours.

All my pictures (but personal and people involving) can be purchased. I can print them any format and on any media. If you are interested leave a message here on pbase and I'll be in touch with you for a quotation.
