Message from Benji Sun
Hi everyone,
I was born in Hong Kong but lived most of my life in Vancouver, Canada, as well having relatives in Japan whom I visit regularly. I'm an epicurean, loves to travel and have a habit of collecting shiny or fluffy things, especially from Akihabara.
Please take a look at my ever expanding collection of fotographs. I welcome any criticism as I still have much to learn about SLRs and fotography in general. My main focus right now is landscape, nature, details, people and architecture, in that order, which is probably why my food fotos don't do the actual dish justice, but I sure do love to eat!
My influences, albeit probably hard to detect, are legendary fotographic masters Sebastião Salgado and Domon Ken. Also I really love the style of Robert Yeoman, who is the cinematographer of such films as, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, The Darjeeling Limited, and Dogma.
I'm an alumni of master Felix So, one of the leading commercial fotographers in Hong Kong.

Over the past two years or so, I've been closely follow the works of Moose Peterson and Chase Jarvis online. They're both amazingly talented and very accomplished in their respective fields.
