Greetings!
I work for a non-profit organization called the Glimpse Foundation, which is dedicated to fostering progressive and intimate global understanding by deepening our regard for the peoples and cultures of the world. We have both a websitehttp://www.theglimpse.com/newsite/frontpage2.asp)and a quarterly print magazine that features stories and photographs from people who have lived abroad, usually through school-related programs and volunteer organizations. We are particularly interested in this photo:http://www.pbase.com/pixdude/image/34955983. If you are interested in contributing, please email: editor@theglimpse.com. We unfortunately cannot pay for the photos, but you would of course be credited. Thanks so much,

Salut Martin!

Ce fut vraiment un plaisir de travailler avec toi sur ce photoshoot des HEC. J'espère qu'on aura d'autres projets comme celui-là très bientôt!

Hi Martin,

I work with an organization that is helping SMEs in India and other developing nations take advantage of travel market places. We are currently creating a site on India and we would like to use one of your shots of Taj Mahal in it, with due credit to you.

Would you permit us to do this? I look forward to hearing from you. Please write to me at anna@worldhotel-link.com

Thank you,
Anna

Hi Lang,
Sorry for the delay. I've been off the net for a few weeks due to major renovations at home. Thanks for the note. I went take a look at your pictures. You have some pretty nice shots. Are you based in Montreal? (I am) Loved your fall pictures of Montreal. You are right: sometimes we don't need to go very far to find beautiful photographic scenes. You method of scanning slides (shoot and photograph with a digital camera) gives pretty good results considering the simple means you are using.

You could enhance your pictures trememdously by adding Titles or short comments of the photo, especially your observations or feelings of that picture. I know that would oinvolve a lot of work, but if you did it as you went along it would not be too onerous. It would add emotions to the photo.
